MY JOURNEY OF HOW I LEFT MY JOB AS A CO-PILOT, FOUND MYSELF IN FITNESS AND HEALTH AND GREW TO BE A RENOWNED NUTRITIONIST.
I am certified by Olympics committee as a sports nutritionist and I've lost 30 kgs, I am a fitness coach with a degree in biotechnology and a few years of experience running my family pharma company. I am happy that I left my aviation career behind to follow my passion of health and fitness. With multiple specialized certifications to help people with specific issue like lifestyle diseases (diabetes, BP, PCOD/PCOS, IBS etc.) My aim is to help individuals to inculcate good eating habits to ensure a healthy way of life with lifestyle changes that have lasting results.
I used to be heavy or obese as an adult. Unfortunately, I added EVEN more weight about the time I became a co-pilot. As a commercial pilot, I had a good career. The sedentary lifestyle of spending lengthy flying hours as a co-pilot and eating fat-laden junk foods all contributed to the weight I never wanted.
At this point, I have started feeling uncomfortable.
Something needs to be done very fast I can’t afford to keep on adding weight per year. I need a weight to lose regime if that will solve the problem
The turning point in my life came when my obesity became unpleasant for me, which prompted me to join a gym but then there was no progress in weight loss .
When I started right nutrition plan thats when I realised weight loss is easy and effortless.
I kept at it religiously, and the change is what you see now.
EATING RIGHT FOOD BECAME A HABIT.
IT BECAME MY LIFESTYLE.
IT BECAME A SECOND HOME.
First, the seemingly little details became increasingly important. After a while, I noticed how much easier things were going. I could literarily feel my body
changes in the clothes I wear and while moving on the street. It can’t be better than I felt! There was a force within me that would not let me give up.
I began to feel better and more optimistic. As little as they may seem, these details have a profound impact.
Subtle modifications began to yield noticeable consequences over time. I'd lost A LOT of weight. My complexion began to brighten. I felt better than ever before in aspects of my life for the first time in years. The anticipated shift continued to materialize.
Touching the World
Reflecting on my weight reduction drive, it occurred to me that many others going through what
I'm going through. It has always been a goal of mine to share what I've learned
with others so that they, too, may empower themselves without the need for an extreme
activity or unnecessary dietary alterations. Thousands of other women are going
through what I went through. I made the conscious decision to provide a helping
hand to someone in need when I was at my lowest in fitness and health. As a
result, Nupuur Patil was created to provide encouragement and support to those
experiencing similar difficulties. Welcome on board!
The Career Change
Change is the only constant thing in life. Even though it may be difficult sometimes, you can make the change you want for yourself if you work at it.
Aviation and working as a commercial pilot is a rewarding career choice. However, a part of me longs for more. I was able to improve my diet. Up until I discovered my passion as a nutritionist, I had a good career as a commercial pilot. I decided to take the risk. I am now officially recognized as a sports nutritionist by the Olympic Committee. Since retiring from the aviation industry, I earned a bachelor of science in biotechnology as well as a PGDM in nutrition. People with unique health concerns may rely on me to help them develop healthy eating habits so that they can lead a long and happy life.
Now as a Nutritionist
I began working as a nutritionist a few years ago while simultaneously working on my physical health. As a firm believer in "Practice, what you preach," I made it my mission to help people achieve a healthy lifestyle by first taking care of myself.
You don't have to wait until you have a serious health issue before you pay attention to how you treat your body. I think it's important to get people started on a healthy eating regimen even if it's not life or death-threatening since it keeps them both physically and psychologically fit.
Nutrition, in my opinion, helps in overall fitness. When you look your best, you naturally feel your best. When I have a day off, I like to read and eat delicious cuisines, which keeps me motivated. I consider myself a traveler at heart, and I make it a point to travel at least twice a year to discover new worlds.
My success story continues with my clientele. Celebrities, sports stars, and bureaucrats are now among my clients.
