Terms and Conditions
The fees charged for access to the NP Fitness Programme are referred to as Programme. To access the NP Fitness Programme Content, you will be subject to a minimum 3 month Programme Fee or in accordance with a fee schedule made available on the NP Fitness Programme.
You will be required to submit payment in advance to access the NP Fitness Programme. Payment of Programme will be conducted by Stripe Payment Gateway or any other similar platform. If payment of a Programme Fee is not successful for any reason, your access to the NP Fitness Programme will be suspended until we can collect payment from you.
Since the NP Fitness Programme is delivered in full at the beginning of the Programme period, amounts paid for the NP Fitness Programme under these Terms is NON REFUNDABLE. We will publish a fee schedule on the NP Fitness Programme for your review. These fees are subject to change from time to time in our sole discretion and we will use good faith efforts to notify you via email or some other means prior to effectuating a change to the fee schedule.
As a condition of using the NP Fitness Programme, you must provide us with payment. Payment for the NP Fitness Programme must be made by a valid payment method, and having sufficient payment to cover the Programme fee as charged to you. Other forms of payment, including cash, check, demand draft etc will not be accepted as payment. You are solely responsible for paying amounts billed by use to your Credit/Debit card or online transfers for the Programme. All fees are payable in AED (DHS) Dubai Currency. Any payments made by credit/ debit card are subject to the approval of the financial institution that issued the credit/debit card. Programme periods are defined by the plan you pick for atleast a minimum of program duration.
As all of our products are digital they are deemed "used" once purchased. This means we have a strictly NO REFUND policy in regards to dissatisfaction with product, medical or lifestyle issues.
In the event You are tested COVID positive, We shall offer you either: (a) a 1 (One) week extension of the program subscribed by You; or (b) pause Your program for a duration of 1 (One) week from the date on which You notify Us about Your test results. However, as mentioned in Clause 3.4 above, all Our Services are digital, they are deemed "used" on purchase. Therefore, under no circumstances shall NP Fitness refund the Programme (wholly or partially) paid by You at the time of registering on to the NP Fitness Programme.
Plan/Programme is Non Transferable. Can be frozen only in the event of OWN Medical Emergencies upon submission of Doctor Certificate.
We will not tolerate a poor attitude and lack of respect as it becomes a seriously limiting factor in your program and our relationship. We respect you and value you and we have the same expectations of you so we can do what we do best. Please consider this point seriously before you decide to join. We have the right to revoke all services in lieu of poor attitude and lack of respect. Results are not guaranteed. Due to different dispositions, the practices and treatments shared on the website vary for everyone. Many factors influence how successful someone will be with our recommendations. Any projections made in our advertising materials are opinions, not fact.

Please expect a response within 6 business hours.
For Silver Plan Your queries will be answered mainly by Chat Support Team via E-Diet APP (Online Transformation Programme) Handouts recipes and samples may be given if available and deemed necessary by the dietician.
Personal responsibility The client acknowledges that the client takes full responsibility for the client’s life and well-being, as well as the of their family (where applicable) of all decisions made during the program, including the risk of trying new foods or supplements, and the risk inherent in making lifestyle changes, that can bring a bit of stress in their life. Diet plan is made considering what was informed to dietician in the first meeting, call and thereafter if there are any changes that were not informed in the meeting the dietician and the meal plan is based on the sole information given by you.
Since the plan is ONLINE, sending pictures, measurements and weight whenever your practitioner asks for them is mandatory, no exceptions. The client understands that the role of the lifestyle consultant /dietician is not to prescribe medicines or healthcare for critical medical conditions requiring surgeries or acute care, or claim to be an allopathic medical Practioner. Rather she is a mentor and guide who has been trained in nutrition and holistic wellness to coach the client to reach their health goals and The food is the only medicine that will be prescribed along with supplements where required. The dietician will not be responsible for any non-disclosed medical conditions or mental illness. The client if using any prescription medicines should inform the dietician of the medicine and should not discontinue without the knowledge of the doctor. The weight loss and gain packages results may vary among individuals and so the dietician cannot guarantee the same results to two individuals ,any uninformed dietary changes made by client during the package can affect the effectiveness of the package and in such situation the dietician will not be responsible for the outcomes .
